At THOMAS JAMES we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you decide you would like to return a full price item, we will happily accept returns in original packaging, unworn, new condition for refund. Orders have 14 days from the delivery date received to return eligible items for refund minus the shipping cost and delivery fees. All items must have originals tags in place and returned in the original condition with absolutely no scratches, damages, markings on the item(s), inside of a separate shipping box marked with the RMA#. Please note: Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Monday - Friday 9:00AM to 4:00PM PST, or call us at +1 323 393 0023 with your order number and desired item to return. We will then email your personal RMA# along with detailed return instructions.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will proceed with your refund and you will receive an email confirming that we have processed your return. Please allow 3-5 days to process your refund.
THOMAS JAMES cannot accept returns with out an accompanying RMA#. Returns without pre-approved RMA#'s will be charged re-stocking fees up-to 30% of the purchase price.
