What countries do you ship to?


We currently ship to the United States, Algeria, Australia, Austria, Bosnia, Botswana, Canada, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates do not include duties and taxes where applicable.

Where do you ship from? Can I pick up my product directly?


We ship from perpetually sunny Los Angeles, California. We understand that you're excited to get your order: While we'd love to do a direct hand to hand exchange, shipping is for sure the fastest way you'll receive your sunglasses.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Standard ground shipping is free to the continental United States on orders of $40 or more. International shipping rates can vary. These rates do not include duties (except in the case of Canada, where we've got you covered).

If you’re in the United States and need your product ASAP, you can place an expedited order Monday through Thursday, and on Friday up to 9 am Pacific Time. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. All standard and expedited orders will be processed on Monday. Unfortunately, we are not currently offering express shipping (1-Day or 2-Day) as an option to P.O. Boxes and/or mailing addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or International destinations.

Please remember to allow 24 hours for order processing.

  • 2-day shipping will cost $15.
  • 1-day shipping will cost $30.

 

 

How long will it take my order to arrive?


We are committed to processing and shipping your order within 24 to 48 working hours of receiving it. However, it can take 3 to 7 working days for you to receive your order depending on your location. 

 

If you need your sunglasses in a flash, you can choose expedited shipping at checkout for an additional cost. Orders must be placed 10 AM PST Monday - Friday.

** Please do not select expedited shipping on a weekend. Orders are not processed on weekends and will be processed Monday.

 

If you are shipping to Canada, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

 

How can I track my order?


You can track your order using the tracking number contained in your shipping confirmation email. CLICK HERE to start tracking.

 

Can I change or amend my shipping address once I place my order?


Possibly! Get in touch with us ASAP: Send an email with your name and order number to holler@thomasjamesla.com and we will do our best to update your shipping details.

 

 

 

Order Questions

Where are my sunnies?


We’d instantly teleport them to you, but that technology isn’t available yet. You’ll receive 2 emails from us: The first is a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. The second is a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your order until it’s delivered.

 

Whoops! What if I need to cancel or change my order?


Email us faster than a fan rushes the stage at a reunion concert. Send your request to holler@thomasjamesla.com and we’ll give it the ol’ college try.

 

 

 


Return Policy


CHANGED YOUR MIND?

If, for any reason, you're not sold on the look, you can always send them back to us within 21 DAYS from the delivery date received. To receive a full refund minus shipping costs and delivery fees, the sunglasses must have the original tags in place and be in the original condition in which they were sent. There should be absolutely no scratches on the sunglasses or item. 

Once we receive your returned item, we will credit your method of payment, minus any delivery fees and return shipping costs. You will receive an email confirming that we have processed your return. 

 

Refunds will not be issued if

  • The sunglasses or item received has been damaged, scratched, and are not in their original unworn condition with the tags attached.
  • Sunglasses were purchased during a sale, was discounted, or used a promo code to receive a special discount.

RETURN POLICY ON DEFECTIVE GOODS

We will only accept returns on worn sunglasses that are missing the original tags if the product is defective. If you feel your product is defective, please reach out to holler@thomasjamesla.com to further explain the condition of your sunglasses, and for additional details.

 

RETURN POLICY ON SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Any items marked SALE, FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE when purchased are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

This includes purchasing items using a PROMO CODE to receive a discount of any form.

 

NOTE ON MIRRORED SUNGLASSES

Mirrored sunglasses are highly vulnerable to scratches caused by everyday wear and tear. Make sure to keep your mirrored sunglasses in a protective case when they aren't being worn. Never put them loose in your purse or bag without protection and never put them faced down. Natural wear and tear on mirrored lens sunglasses does not make them eligible for refunds or exchanges.   


RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS 

You can return purchased sunglasses or items within 21 DAYS from the delivery date received. Please make sure that you aren't returning sunglasses purchased at a reduced price. Refunds will not be issued if sunglasses were purchased during a sale, was discounted, or used a promo code to receive a special discount.

 

In order for us to fulfill your refund minus delivery fee and shipping costs, the following must be included:

  • Your order number, invoice, or email confirmation with your return shipment.
  • Your sunglasses with the original tags attached on the temple and be in the original condition in which they were sent. There should be absolutely no scratches on the sunglasses.
  • Enclose your sunglasses in the original packaging. Don’t have it? Slip them into a padded envelope. Be sure that the packaging is free of any old shipping stickers or labels.

Take your package to any USPS office or specialty carrier and pay the return shipping costs when you ship your return back to us. (We recommend getting a tracking number so you can monitor the process of your shipment) Once we receive your return, we will credit your method of payment, minus any delivery fees and return shipping costs, and you will receive an email confirming that we have processed your return. 

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • If we receive the sunglasses and they have been damaged or scratched and are not in their original unworn condition with the tags attached, we will NOT issue a refund. All additional items must also be returned and in it's original condition.
  • Refunds will not be issued if sunglasses were purchased during a sale, was discounted, or used a promo code to receive a special discount.

How Soon Will I Be Able To See My Refund?

Once we receive your return, we will credit your method of payment, minus any delivery fees and return shipping costs, and you will receive an email confirming that we have processed your return. 

We’ll credit your account for the amount of the sunglasses within 2 - 3 business days.

  • Depending on your issuing bank, your credit may not show until your next billing cycle.
