At TJLA we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you decide you would like to return a full price item, we accept returns in unworn, new condition for refund or exchange. Orders have 14 days from the delivery date received to return eligible items for exchange or refund minus the shipping cost and delivery fees. All items must have originals tags in place and returned in the original condition with absolutely no scratches, damages, markings on sunglasses/item, inside of a separate shipping box marked with the RMA#. Please note: Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

TJLA offers Free Ground shipping to you on your first exchange items for orders $50+ within the Continental US. For exchanges outside of the Continental US, standard shipping charges will apply.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
TJLA does not refund shipping charges.
Refused shipments are subject to all applicable shipping charges.
Physical Retail Store and Other Online Retail Purchases unfortunately cannot be accepted for exchanges or refunds from THOMASJAMESLA.com.
TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Monday - Friday 9:00AM to 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time, or call us at +1 323 393 0023 with your order number and desired item to return. If requesting an exchange please provide the TJLA style/color/size you wish to exchange. We will then email your personal RMA# along with detailed return instructions.
TJLA cannot accept returns with out an accompanying RMA#. Returns without pre-approved RMA#'s will be charged re-stocking fees up-to 30% of the purchase price.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will proceed with your exchange or refund. Please allow 3-5 days to process your exchange or refund. Exchange requests greater than the original purchase will require an additional payment for any price difference-a separate email containing a link to complete the exchange purchase will be sent for the difference in price from the original order. For PayPal orders greater than the original purchase, TJLA will send an invoice for the difference in price. Exchange orders less than the original purchase will be refunded the difference in price to the original form of payment.
Please Note: When shipping items back to TJLA, customers should choose a shipping service that offers tracking and insure the item for full value. TJLA is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.

U.S. SHIPPING POLICIES
Please note orders placed after 11:00amPST will be processed the following business day and may take 24 hrs to 48 hrs for processing.
Please remember we do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
** Please do not select expedited shipping on a weekend. Orders are not processed on weekends and will be processed Monday.
Unfortunately, we are not currently offering express shipping (1-Day or 2-Day) as an option to P.O. Boxes and/or mailing addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or International destinations.
If you are shipping to Canada, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Shipping & Handling:
For your convenience, we offer options depending on the shipping time you prefer. The rate options are automatically calculated based on your shipping address through FedEx or USPS and are MINIMUM shipping time estimates, and do not include processing time frames. THOMAS JAMES cannot guarantee delivery times.
If you need to add a signature required upon delivery of your order, you may do so by adding the option to your cart prior to checkout. Please note that packages without a signature required are uninsured.

FedEx cannot deliver to APO, FPO, P.O. Boxes or anywhere outside the continental U.S & THOMAS JAMES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Proof of Delivery may be obtained upon request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Different Bill To & Ship To: THOMAS JAMES uses several measures to protect our customers from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative may contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.
Undelivered & Refused shipments that are returned to THOMAS JAMES are subject to return shipping fees.
International orders take 7 to 21 days to fulfill deliveries and may be subject to Customs inspections which may affect the time of the delivery. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination.
DUTIES, CUSTOMS AND VAT
International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.
We are required by State and Federal laws to charge sales tax on products and shipping charges of products shipped to states where we have physical stores: California.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Thomas James will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
(Thomas James) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Thomas James will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 14 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Thomas James to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
4.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
Orders placed before 11 PM - PDT (UTC-07) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Thomas James will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and undefined encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to undefined at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Unworn, unwashed, or defective items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions will be made after 30 days.
SALE PURCHASES: All sale purchases are final with no returns or exchanges allowed. This includes items ‘ON SALE’ as well as any purchases from our clearance sale.
EVENT PURCHASES: All event purchases are at event sale prices and, therefore, follow the policy for our SALE PURCHASES (see above). Exchanges may be possible at the event on the day of purchase if you kindly request the change from one of our KORELIMITED members. Please note that the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or defective.

We offer returns & exchanges for full refund or store credit on all U.S. domestic orders when claimed within 14 days of your order being delivered. You will have to pay for shipping back to our warehouse. Any items returned after will receive store credit.

International Customers Warning: GLVSS is not liable for shipping delays due to Customs and/or duties and taxes to the destination country.
International first class mail usually takes 1-2 business days to process after payment clears and a minimum 10-15 business days (2-4 weeks) for arrival. There is no detailed tracking for most first class International mail. Please allow additional delivery time for customs safety inspections, time varies per country. In delays due to international customs procedures.
International Customs Fees + Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
